Free Pregnancy In-Home Visit

 

Want to learn more about how to have a great pregnancy?  This free class explains why a "Natural Pregnancy" normally has the best outcomes for mom and baby.  Natural Pregnancy means caring for the expectant mother and baby in ways that respect the normal process of growing a baby, avoiding unnecessary tests and interventions.  You will understand better how the best health practices and prenatal care of the mother maximize the chances for a healthy baby and a normal, efficient and gentle birth.  This class emphasizes the key role that you as expectant parents have in parenting your baby before birth by taking good care of yourselves.  It is a terrific way to learn more about how to nurture and bond with your baby while he or she is still in utero.  Your educator will come to you!


Great Expectations: a FREE pregnancy class
For couples anytime during pregnancy, though especially recommended for anyone who recently got that positive pregnancy test, this class will help you increase your chances for a healthy baby and a normal pregnancy.  You'll learn the Ten Commandments for a Great Pregnancy & Birth.  In addition you will:
  • have a good grasp of what to expect for the rest of your pregnancy & during birth
  • get a glimpse of what your baby is doing in there
  • practice exercises to prevent or ease discomforts of pregnancy & prepare for birth
  • practice ways to bond with your baby while he or she is still in the womb
  • discuss unexpected outcomes & get referrals to sources of support should they occur
  • get important information to help you make pregnancy and baby care decisions
  • learn ways to grow in your relationships with each other & God during your pregnancy

 

The class is offered whenever you want it!  This is a great way to "try us out!"  This class is only offered in the Learn-at-Home format.  When you register, you can let us know if you prefer the Facts Only or the Christian version.  We can meet at your home (with some restrictions) or our classroom.  Cost: FREE!
